Low carb dessert

Ingredients:

100 g Coconut flour
1-2 drops of Stevia
10 g Psyllium seed
150 ml Plant-based milk
1-2 drops of vanilla
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
Pinch of salt

Filling:

3-4 Peaches
1 drop of Stevia (optional)
10 g Agar-Agar
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
100 ml water

Method:

  1. In a bowl, put the coconut flour, add salt, Stevia and psyllium. Mix with a spatula.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla. Mix well and, using your hands, make it into crumbs.
  3. Brash and 20/20 square form with oil and put backing paper.
  4. Pour 2/3 of the crumbs and press it with a spatula or spoon.
  5. Cut the peaches into cubes and place them in a pot. Then add lemon juice.
  6. Add agar agar and water into the pot and cook until softened.
  7. Pour the peaches into the crumbs and spread evenly.
  8. Pour the rest of the crumbs into the form to cover the filing.
  9. Bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes. 

Let it cool down completely.
