Low carb dessert
Ingredients:
100 g Coconut flour
1-2 drops of Stevia
10 g Psyllium seed
150 ml Plant-based milk
1-2 drops of vanilla
1 tbsp. Coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Filling:
3-4 Peaches
1 drop of Stevia (optional)
10 g Agar-Agar
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
100 ml water
Method:
- In a bowl, put the coconut flour, add salt, Stevia and psyllium. Mix with a spatula.
- Add the milk and vanilla. Mix well and, using your hands, make it into crumbs.
- Brash and 20/20 square form with oil and put backing paper.
- Pour 2/3 of the crumbs and press it with a spatula or spoon.
- Cut the peaches into cubes and place them in a pot. Then add lemon juice.
- Add agar agar and water into the pot and cook until softened.
- Pour the peaches into the crumbs and spread evenly.
- Pour the rest of the crumbs into the form to cover the filing.
- Bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
Let it cool down completely.
